"As a Spice Girl I wrote lyrics for many of our hits and have continued to do so in my solo career."
The six books in the series, featuring illustrations by Rian Hughes, will be published in hardback, one a month, from May to October next year.
eri’s life of luxury - Mar 7 2007
Geri Halliwell apparently enjoys an A-list life of luxury away from the public eye - and has a huge entourage at her every beck and call.
It seems the redhead, who is mum to 10-month-old Bluebell, employs a shopper, a cook, a nanny, and even a male PA - and has her mum and sister nearby to help out as well.
A source told Closer magazine: "Geri knows she’s lucky that she barely has to lift a finger. She has everything an A-list celebrity could want.
"She has a personal shopper who she consults over her wardrobe, as well as the services of a cook and a PA."
It means the 34-year-old can concentrate on her new project - which is thought to be a Surprise Surprise-style TV show.
But it appears that Geri’s impressive team may not always be quite enough for the star, as the insider claims she lets staff know if something isn’t done right.
However, the source added: "But her staff are very loyal to her - and they know their boss has high standards."
Geri hopes for another child? - Feb 28 2007
Despite being single, Geri Halliwell is apparently keen to have another baby within two years.
The 34-year-old is loving motherhood since giving birth to daughter Bluebell Madonna last May.
Now it seems the former Spice Girl is desperate to have another child and fears she may not be able to find the man of her dreams in time, according to Reveal magazine.
And a friend revealed that she even told Hollywood babe Sienna Miller that having Bluebell was "the best thing she’d ever done" at a recent Baftas party.
"Geri was telling everyone she’s really broody again because she loves how her life has changed since she had Bluebell," the pal said. "Sienna Miller went right up to her and told her she looked absolutely gorgeous.
"Geri laughed and said her only secret was that she’s a mum now and that it’s the best thing she ever did.
"But then she started going on and on about how she wanted to get pregnant again and how she needed to start working on it before it’s too late.
"She’s very worried she won’t find a man."
Geri set for new TV project? - Feb 20 2007
It seems Geri Halliwell has decided to shelve her plans to head back to Los Angeles after being offered a top secret British TV project.
According to Closer magazine, Geri is thrilled at the prospect of hosting a TV show and can’t wait to get back into the limelight again.
Geri, 34, was based in LA full-time before she gave birth to daughter Bluebell last May, and was apparently hoping to return this year to coincide with Victoria Beckham’s move to the city.
"She’d been planning to move back to LA in September, hot on Victoria’s heels, because they’re getting on so well - and Geri prefers the weather!" a friend told Closer.

In the 1990s Geri became one fifth of the worlds biggest girl band and has never looked back. Along with Mel B, Emma, Mel C and Victoria, she scored some of the biggest hits of the decade, made a feature film and raked in the cash through sponsorship deals. But in May ’98 Geri made the shock announcement that she was to leave the band to persue a solo career.
She sold her Spice clothes to raise more than $200,000 for a cancer charity, journeyed to Uganda for Comic Relief, was appointed a Goodwill Ambassador by the United Nations, and even got to sing "Happy Birthday" to the future king of England, Prince Charles.
Nearly a year after her departure from the Spice Girls, Halliwell released her debut solo album, Schizophonic, whose sound is a self-described cross between "Julie Andrews and Johnny Rotten." The album, released on Capitol Records, contained Halliwell’s first single, "Look at Me." which went to number 2 in the charts. She followed up the success of Schizophonic with Scream If You Want To Go Faster in 2001. After going solo, Geri moved to LA, formed an unlikely close relationship with George Michael and told all to the press about her eating disorders after losing an incredible amount of weight and releasing two yoga videos.
Geri is now back in the UK, working on new material and a reality TV show which will follow the format of The Osbournes. She’s also back to her old busty ginger self!
