The Queen, who wasn’t accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, spent several minutes talking to Jordan and her family.

Peter, who carried their 18-month-old son Junior, spoke afterwards of how proud he was of Harvey.

"He’s been through a lot. We’re no different from any other family. You can really see how he’s improved.

"It was a real honour to meet the Queen."

Jordan’s four-year-old son Harvey is back home from hospital two weeks after burning himself in the bath.

The partially-sighted youngster was seen being lifted from his wheelchair into a car by stepdad Peter Andre while the model stood by with a bag of medicines.

The tot, whose biological dad is footballer Dwight Yorke, scalded his leg in an accident on New Year’s Eve and has been at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital recovering from the injury.

A spokeswoman for the couple said: "Harvey is much better. Peter and Katie would like to thank everyone for their best wishes."

Jordan’s agent Claire Powell also told The Sun: "Harvey is already on a terrific range of medication.

"The bag had a mixture of these and some to help his leg. It’s difficult to understand all the treatments he requires."

A friend added: "Katie and Peter have been frantic with worry.

"But they are now just relieved they can take Harvey home for round-the-clock love and care."

Jordan - who suffered a miscarriage in July - is currently pregnant with her third child. Her and Peter also have an 18-month-old son, Junior.

Peter Andre has said he and wife Katie Price - aka Jordan - haven’t left her son Harvey’s side since the accident that left the four-year-old with burns.

Katie’s four-year-old son, whose biological father is footballer Dwight Yorke, apparently turned the hot tap on in the accident on New Year’s Eve.

The child, who is nearly blind and has a growth disorder, is reportedly badly burned and still receiving treatment at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in West London.

The former pop star told New! magazine: "Kate and I haven’t left his side since the accident. He and Junior mean everything to us and the most important thing is their health and safety. Kate and I won’t rest until Harvey is fully recovered... although I think he’ll be in hospital for quite some time."

Peter is also keen for his glamour model wife to keep her spirits up and eat healthily because she is pregnant with her third child - the second for the couple.

"I’m pleased to say that Kate’s pregnancy is still going well and her cute little bump is coming along nicely. She’s still being sick quite a lot but I’m making sure she eats lots so that she keeps her energy levels up."

Glamour model Jordan’s eldest child Harvey is being treated in hospital after he was burned in an accident at the star’s home, it was reported.

The four-year-old was injured hours before Jordan and husband Peter Andre were due to hold a New Year’s Eve party at their mansion in Surrey, The Sun said.

He was taken to hospital by ambulance and is now in a specialist burns unit at London’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
