A friend of the mum-of-one told the Mail On Sunday newspaper: "Kate loves clothes and lives for fashion. She has no plans to retire yet but she knows her days as a model are numbered. "Her daughter Lila Grace is the most important thing to her and she knows she needs to provide for her and sees the fashion range as a good way of doing this."
Last month, it was reported Kate had turned to Buddhism in the wake of her cocaine scandal. The catwalk beauty feels drawn to the mystical religion, especially its principle of ’karma’, and has been reading up on its teachings. A source revealed at the time: "Kate feels Buddhism will get her through the dark times. "She’s been reading up about karma and is fascinated by the idea that your behaviour comes back on you."
Kate is set to marry Pete - April 6, 2020
Kate Moss is set to marry on/off lover Pete Doherty in a Scottish castle later this year. The Babyshambles frontman says the pair - who have been through a series of public break ups and reconciliations - are planning to tie the knot in the autumn. The drug addled rocker is quoted in Britain’s The Sun newspaper as saying: "We are going to marry. It’s going to happen at a Scottish castle somewhere between September and November. "A posh Scottish castle. That’s going to be so cool."
Meanwhile, Kate is reportedly paying ?10,000 to repair her junkie lover’s teeth. The stunning supermodel has arranged for a top dentist to fix Pete’s crooked smile - after years of smoking, drinking and poor personal hygiene have left him with rotten gnashers. A source is quoted in the Daily Star newspaper as saying: "The only way to save their romance is to save his teeth. Pete suffers from terrible halitosis because he rarely brushes his teeth. "But he’s terrified of losing her so he’s agreed to see the dentist."
Kate is to avoid criminal charges - April 4, 2020
Kate Moss is to avoid criminal charges over allegations she snorted cocaine. The supermodel is unlikely even to be cautioned - meaning she will not have a criminal record. Kate was questioned by police in January after she was photographed apparently using the drug at a London recording studio with then boyfriend Pete Doherty.
The 32-year-old issued a statement admitting "full responsibility" for her actions after the photographs were made public. But the case was brought to a halt when Kate refused to admit any criminal actions during police questioning. Legal sources have confirmed to the Daily Mail newspaper that unless sensational new evidence arises Kate will be cleared.
However, Mary Brett, a prominent member of campaign group Europe Against Drugs, has blasted the decision insisting it sends the "wrong messages to young impressionable people". She fumed: "There is a general acceptance in society that cannabis use is almost normal and that cocaine use - amongst celebrities - is almost fine. It appears there is one law for normal people and another for celebrities."

After a series of shoots for teenage magazines, it was Harper’s Bazaar that finally launched her into the international arena. In 1992, she became the Face of Calvin Klein. Moss originally spearheaded the controversial "waif" look which critics claimed encouraged anorexia in impressionable teenagers. The girl from Croydon, who once said she "might’ve been a bank manager" now divides her time between London and LA, where she is often seen at The Viper Rooms, the controversial club owned by her one-time actor boyfriend Johnny Depp.
She has appeared in several notable documentaries about the fashion world and in 1995, released a hard-back book of pictures entitled simply "Kate". Having checked into London’s £300-a-day Priory Clinic in November 1998 suffering from exhaustion, Kate emerged refreshed the following January to announce that she had spent the last decade modelling "drunk". She told The Face magazine, "That’s what you do. You always have champagne before the shows. Always. Even at ten in the morning. It got to the point one time when we were [saying], ’We’re not going out without any champagne’."
Losing the Calvin Klein contract to fellow Brit Lisa Ratliffe in 1999, Kate has now taken on the status of fashion icon. In the May 2000 issue of Vogue, she played muse to a variety of the most cutting edge artists and photographers. In London she is still represented by Storm. Written in 2000
