British TV presenter Cat Deeley, Victoria ’Posh Spice’ Beckham, Elizabeth Taylor and ’The Constant Gardener’ star Rachel Weisz rounded out the top ten. Jane Bruton, editor of Grazia magazine who conducted the poll, said: "Kate Moss may have tripped up recently but with 17 per cent of readers voting her as Britain’s Most Stylish Woman, she never seems to put a fashion foot wrong. "It’s great to see the varied interpretations of what being stylish is with such a wide range of women making it into the poll."
Kate is waiting to hear if she will face prosecution - Feb 17, 2021
Kate Moss is waiting to hear if she will face prosecution for drug-taking. The supermodel will reportedly know within two weeks if she is to be charged following her infamous cocaine-snorting scandal. Police who studied the snaps of the model using the Class A drug have compiled a report and sent it to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), which will make the final decision.
The 32-year-old - who lost several lucrative modelling contracts and checked into rehab after the images were published last year - has already been interviewed by detectives. Several other people who were with Kate when the images were taken may also face prosecution. A CPS source is quoted in the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "We have received a report from the police and a request for a decision on Kate Moss. "There are just a few odds and ends to sort out." A friend of Kate’s revealed: "She just wants to put this whole episode behind her."
Kate fears she is losing her short term memory - Feb 13, 2021
Kate Moss fears she is losing her short term memory. The 32-year-old model - who recently saw a brain specialist - is reportedly plagued by memory loss and has trouble remembering what meetings she has set up.
A friend of the catwalk beauty told The Sun newspaper: "Kate’s really worried about her memory, and specifically short-term memory loss. "She forgets day-to-day things and she forgets where she is supposed to be going after she has set off. "It started as a joke and she brushed it off but now she’s concerned something’s wrong." Last week, Kate spent four hours with a top brain doctor but it is not known if the visit was linked to her memory loss.
The mum-of-one flew into Heathrow airport and was taken straight to neurologist Nicholas Page’s London surgery for mystery treatment. A source told The Sun newspaper: "Kate literally just set foot back in the UK and was straight off to the clinic. She didn’t even have time to change her clothes."

After a series of shoots for teenage magazines, it was Harper’s Bazaar that finally launched her into the international arena. In 1992, she became the Face of Calvin Klein. Moss originally spearheaded the controversial "waif" look which critics claimed encouraged anorexia in impressionable teenagers. The girl from Croydon, who once said she "might’ve been a bank manager" now divides her time between London and LA, where she is often seen at The Viper Rooms, the controversial club owned by her one-time actor boyfriend Johnny Depp.
She has appeared in several notable documentaries about the fashion world and in 1995, released a hard-back book of pictures entitled simply "Kate". Having checked into London’s £300-a-day Priory Clinic in November 1998 suffering from exhaustion, Kate emerged refreshed the following January to announce that she had spent the last decade modelling "drunk". She told The Face magazine, "That’s what you do. You always have champagne before the shows. Always. Even at ten in the morning. It got to the point one time when we were [saying], ’We’re not going out without any champagne’."
Losing the Calvin Klein contract to fellow Brit Lisa Ratliffe in 1999, Kate has now taken on the status of fashion icon. In the May 2000 issue of Vogue, she played muse to a variety of the most cutting edge artists and photographers. In London she is still represented by Storm. Written in 2000
