Pete slams Jodie's new show - Aug 3 2007
Pete Burns has slammed Jodie Marsh - saying her new MTV show Totally Jodie Marsh "devalues marriage".
The Dead Or Alive singer, who wed for the second time last month, had a massive row with the glamour girl on Celebrity Big Brother last year and reveals he hates the idea that she is looking for a husband in her new reality show.
"I feel nothing for her," Pete says. "One thing that actually worries me is if it is a serious marriage thing, it completely devalues the actual things that I believe in about marriage.
"It completely s**** on the institution of marriage."
He says he can't describe his average day as a newly-married man.
"Honey there is no average day. It changes like the seasons and that's just the way I intend to keep it, he smiles.
"I've reached an age where I just want life to be pretty freeform and freefall and flow in a natural way and that's what I intend to do."
Pete’s cosmetic surgery ’horror’ - Aug 1 2007
Pete Burns has lifted the lid on the problems he has had with cosmetic surgery - saying no words could describe the "hell and horror" he endured.
The newly-married Dead Or Alive singer’s problems first started when he went under the knife to remove a lip implant in 2000.
"There are no words that could articulate the hell and horror, the mutilation, the pain and suffering and grief and terror that I went through," he recalls.
"No picture captures it and when I have provided pictures to the press they refuse to print them, as it’s almost as though people want to bury their heads in the sand and not let other people see the consequences or the risks of what they’re doing."
However, even after the trials he has been through, the 47-year-old says he has no regrets.
"I have no regrets," he insists.
"If I start regretting I’d wouldn’t be doing anything about the ongoing situation - I’ve got to keep moving forward. I’ve got no other options other than to kill myself."
Offering advice to others about undergoing surgery, he adds: "Air cautiously and don’t believe what your doctor tells you.
"Ask your doctor if it’s an injectable substance, as mine was, ask him if he’d be willing to inject it into his own daughter or his wife, or himself.
"If he says no then don’t do it."
Pete Burns sues over ’repulsive’ lip op - Jan 25 2007
Dead Or Alive singer Pete Burns is suing his plastic surgeon for making him look "physically repulsive".
The Celebrity Big Brother star claims Dr Maurizio Viel botched his lip augmentation, and his lawyers have now issued High Court proceedings alleging negligence.
Pete claimed side effects from the augmentation treatment carried out at the London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery included painful swelling, blisters, heavy discharge, and an inability to eat, drink or speak.
The damage was so bad doctors have since warned him his lips may need to be amputated, the singer said.
"What happened to me after a series of injections was far worse than any nightmare I could have envisioned," he said.
"Not only was it agonisingly painful but it was physically repulsive in the extreme.
"It was impossible to lead any life whatsoever. I was unable to leave my house as I was so distorted with swelling and I might begin to discharge yellow pus that was coming from the holes in my face."

Never one to shy away from controversy Pete has regularly shocked audiences with his on screen outbursts, including an argumentative performance on Nevermind The Buzzcocks and the famous appearance on Liquid News, following which the BBC were forced to apologise for his language. A 2004 collaboration with the Pet Shop Boys saw Pete back on record - Jack & Jill Party was a club hit but reached only number 75 in the UK charts.
