Sienna Miller launched a scathing attack on the paparazzi - minutes before happily posing for them. The actress lambasted photographers shortly before the London premiere of her new movie, ’Casanova’ - admitting she’d like to report them to British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

She is quoted in The Sun newspaper as saying: "I was seriously thinking of trying to get hold of Tony Blair. It’s reached a level where they have every single right and you have none. "I appreciate you are putting yourself up to it to a certain degree. But it’ s stalking and there should be stricter laws." A few minutes later, the stunning star walked up to a crowd of snappers waiting by the red carpet and struck a pose for them.

Meanwhile, the screen beauty has revealed she and heartthrob actor Jude Law have split for good. Sienna -who has endured a stormy romance with Jude since he admitted sleeping with his children’s nanny last year - said: "I’m definitely not with Jude. "I know Jude isn’t ready for marriage - and I’m so glad I’m not with him anymore."

Sienna Miller used ex fianc? Jude Law to help her career, a source has claimed. The actress allegedly romanced Jude - who she has now split from following a string of break-ups - because she thought he could make her famous.

A source on the set of her new movie, ’Factory Girl’, told America’s New York Post: "Sienna was never that crazy about him to begin with, but their affair made her a household name." The insider claimed Sienna’s mum, Josephine "seems to be the engine behind the choo-choo train", adding: "The mother was overheard telling her, ’Jude was good for a while, but there are other fish to fry’."

Earlier this week, Sienna admitted she peeked at Heath Ledger’s manhood while filming ’Casanova’. The ’Layer Cake’ star copped an eyeful of the hunky actor while they were shooting together in Venice because their changing rooms were only separated by a curtain. Sienna also admits Heath caught a glimpse of her naked. She told Hotdog magazine: "We were in these rooms with a curtain separating us - as opposed to using our own trailers." She added: "We all saw each other’s bits and bobs several times."

Biography

Sienna Rose Miller was born in New York City on December 28, 1981. Her father, Ed Miller, is an American banker, and her mother, Jo, is from South Africa.

Sienna’s parents divorced rather early in her life and she moved to England with her mother, where Jo took on the job of running London’s Lee Strasberg drama school.

Sienna spent most of her adolescent life at Heathfield School, a boarding school in Ascot. On her return to London she enrolled at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute.

Early theatre performances were on the stages of New York and include The Striker, Independence and Cigarettes & Chocolate, directed by Anthony Minghella, who’s famous for helming the movie The English Patient (1996).

In New York she was ’spotted’ by Select Modeling agency, she continued to model on her return to England.

After starring in a few underrated television shows, Paramount Pictures signed her up to a seven-year contract. It was following this that she began to grab a few roles in some big budget silver screen productions, including Layer Cake, Alfie and Casanova.

After co-starring in Alfie together, Sienna began a relationship with one of the UK’s hottest men, Jude Law, and it is mostly this soapbox of a relationship that bagged her the most column inches.

Sienna went on to play Celia in a West End stage production of As You Like It, fulfilling a life times ambition - however not to great acclaim.

In 2006 she finished filming Factory Girl, in which she plays Andy Warhol’s muse Edie Sedgewick.
