Britney Spears has been slammed by Pink for driving her car with her baby son on her lap. The ’Toxic’ singer sparked outrage earlier this week when she was snapped behind the wheel with four-month-old Sean Preston perched on her knee instead of being secured in a baby seat. Pink has reportedly being telling friends she believes the 24-year-old star is too young to have a child and has privately attacked her for behaving irresponsibly.
A friend of Pink’s is quoted on the MSNBC website as saying: "She’s always been disgusted by the Mickey Mousers’ values and just doesn’t understand Britney’s decision to rush off and have a child so quickly." It is not the first time Pink has criticised Britney. The ’Stupid Girls’ singer recently mocked the beautiful star, who is married to Kevin Federline, when asked if she was planning on starting a family now she has tied the knot with motocross racer Carey Hart. Pink fumed: "F**k no. I’m not gonna do a Britney and pop out some kids. I’m not a Happy Meal. My husband’s got the burger, but he’s not getting the fries and shake to go with it."

Britney Spears is reportedly expecting a second child. The ’Toxic’ singer gave birth to her first child, Sean Preston - four months ago. America’s In Touch magazine quoted a friend of the singer as saying: "Britney is definitely pregnant again. "She is acting the same way she did when she was expecting her first child." The magazine also claimed she had been seen patting her stomach and telling onlookers in Malibu: "That’s right. Baby number two." One shopper said: "I’ve heard from other people in the neighbourhood that she is pregnant, and she looks it."
Meanwhile, Britney’s mum, Lynne, has revealed she is happy and loving motherhood. She was quoted in the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "She’s really picky. "She doesn’t let just anybody hold him, but she lets me. But she’s very happy." Lynne, 47, also insisted Britney’s husband Kevin Federline is a hands-on dad and helps out with his 16-week-old son - despite rumours he was constantly partying following the birth. Last month, dancer-turned-singer Federline laughed off rumours his marriage to Britney is on the rocks. The pair have been plagued by speculation they will split following reports of a string of furious bust-ups.

During the early years of her career Britney made millions thanks to merchandising deals and successful hits. A drunken Las Vegas wedding to childhood friend Jason Alexander ended in annulment after just fifty five hours but, rather than concentrate on her career, Britney continued leaning on the lovelife self destruct button. She, despite advice to the contrary, married dancer, aspiring rapper and all round rat-faced bad boy Kevin Federline in a trailer trash wedding in 2004 and within months announced she was pregnant.
Having given birth to son, Sean Preston, Britney seems to have put her career on hold despite the success of a greatest hits album and the launch of her fragrance, Curious. Meanwhile rumours persist about the state of her marriage to Federline with the press accusing him of taking no interest in his wife and son and of cheating on the singing star.
