Catherine ’planning film in India’ - Sept 13 2007
Catherine Zeta-Jones is reportedly planning to visit India to shoot a movie with husband Michael Douglas.
The actress said she was working on the script along with her husband, The Times Of India reported.
"I’m looking forward to going to India," the newspaper quoted her as saying.
"Michael and I are developing a script that will be set up in India. We will take our kids and all of us will come there, set up camp in India and shoot a film."
The Welsh-born star said she and Michael live much of the year on the island of Bermuda, where their two young children go to school.
"The logistics are different now, I can’t just take off anywhere because my kids go to school in Bermuda," she added. "If I work, Michael doesn’t work and vice versa, that’s our pact."
Michael visited Mumbai two years ago and apparently announced plans to co-produce and star in Racing The Monsoon, an action adventure about a diamond heist aboard an Indian train.

Catherine’s ’Reservations’ about cooking - July 27 2007
Catherine Zeta-Jones may play a professional chef in her new film, No Reservations, but it’s husband Michael, who is the main cook in the Douglas household.
"Um, you want the truth? We kind of mix it up a bit. But I must say my husband does a mean breakfast, to the point where my kids think that he doesn’t do anything else but make pancakes," she told Open All Night at the movie’s New York premiere.
The Welsh actress also reveals that the role has increased her appreciation for dining out.
"I eat fast, because I had to - my mother used to give it to the dog otherwise, so I’m always eating fast.
"And I think, you know what, maybe I should take my time and savour these flavours. Those poor people back there (in the kitchen) have been sweating for me for 45 minutes."
But the thrill of shooting in a real restaurant kitchen wore off quite quickly, she admits.
"The first few days of shooting the movie, it was lovely, and the chefs would cook me up something to keep me going. And then, by the third or fourth day, it was like, if I have to smell one more thing, I’m going to throw up!"
I have insecurities, says Catherine - July 26 2007
While she plays a fiery chef in her new film, No Reservations, Catherine Zeta-Jones reveals that in real life, she is a terrible cook, but she knows the recipe for success.
As one of the world’s most beautiful women, Catherine is an actress who has made the move from the small screen to the Hollywood-sized screen, and who is blissfully married to Michael Douglas with two children.
Yet she admits that she still has insecurities.
"Of course I do. Are you out of your mind?" she said to OK! magazine.
"You should see me taking my kids to school. You should see me some mornings."
In the movie, the actress is very unglamorous, a far cry from the Catherine we see on the red carpet.

She went on to appear in numerous little noticed films and series’, including a made for TV film, Titanic, and comic book movie The Phantom, alongside Billy Zane. It was around this time that she was picked to star with Antonio Banderas in The Mask of Zorro and Sean Connery in Entrapment. These films would make Catherine in to the Hollywood star we know today.
In 2000 she starred in Stephen Soderburgh’s Traffic with her future husband Michael Douglas. When they married later that year there was much critcism of the age difference (Douglas being 25 years her senior), however their marriage continues to go from strength to strength and they now have two children, Dylan (born in 2000) and Cerys (born in 2003).
Between babies and awards ceremonies CZJ has made a real name for herself as a leading lady in films such as The Terminal, Ocean’s Eleven and America’s Sweethearts. She has also won an Oscar for her all-singing, all-dancing part in musical Chicago whilst also working as spokeswoman for Elizabeth Arden.
