"She thinks she’s so happy but I’m not sure she’s in the real world. She’s in Pete World. I think she needs to be prepared for if, or when, everything goes wrong again."
But Pete’s friends are taking the opposite view, saying that the move has already been good for the troubled Babyshambles frontman.
"This is the happiest and calmest I’ve seen them in a long time," a friend told the magazine. "They seem really stable."
Get the Kate look - Feb 19 2007
Brace yourselves for an invasion of Kate Moss clones, when her eagerly awaited clothing line hits the high street in May.
The supermodel’s 90-piece collection will be launched in Topshop on May 1 and insiders say she can’t wait for everyone to dress like her, the Daily Mirror reports.
"The waiting list is the biggest ever in retail history. Most things will sell out on the first day but the stock will be quickly replenished," a fashion source told the paper.
"Kate is really excited about the thought of everyone in Britain dressing just like her. There’s the little bomber jackets, gladiator sandals that she’s so fond of, a lovely shorts and jacket suit.
"It’s like she’s taken her entire wardrobe and just said, ’Here, copy all my clothes’. On their own the pieces aren’t necessarily all that exciting but the key is how it’s all put together."
The Kate Moss Topshop collection was she created by Kate with designer friend Katy England.
Kate parties in hotel loos? - Jan 18 2007
Kate Moss is usually ahead of the trends - but celebrating your birthday in the toilet?
It seems the 33-year-old beauty, who had planned a night out the China Tang restaurant for the bash, found a group of mates cramming in to a cubicle with her to sing a round of Happy Birthday.
A source told the Daily Mirror: "It was hilarious. People were struggling to get into the toilets because of the people jostling around inside.
"At one point a guest had difficulty pushing the door open because Kate and Sir Philip [Green] were wedged against it. He had to politely remind her that it was a toilet and not a dancefloor."
As well as the Topshop boss, the model was reportedly joined by Sadie Frost and David Tang.
But it seems Kate’s lover Pete Doherty was missing the fun - after the model sent him home earlier after he’d drunk one too many cocktails.

After a series of shoots for teenage magazines, it was Harper’s Bazaar that finally launched her into the international arena. In 1992, she became the Face of Calvin Klein. Moss originally spearheaded the controversial "waif" look which critics claimed encouraged anorexia in impressionable teenagers. The girl from Croydon, who once said she "might’ve been a bank manager" now divides her time between London and LA, where she is often seen at The Viper Rooms, the controversial club owned by her one-time actor boyfriend Johnny Depp.
She has appeared in several notable documentaries about the fashion world and in 1995, released a hard-back book of pictures entitled simply "Kate". Having checked into London’s £300-a-day Priory Clinic in November 1998 suffering from exhaustion, Kate emerged refreshed the following January to announce that she had spent the last decade modelling "drunk". She told The Face magazine, "That’s what you do. You always have champagne before the shows. Always. Even at ten in the morning. It got to the point one time when we were [saying], ’We’re not going out without any champagne’."
Losing the Calvin Klein contract to fellow Brit Lisa Ratliffe in 1999, Kate has now taken on the status of fashion icon. In the May 2000 issue of Vogue, she played muse to a variety of the most cutting edge artists and photographers. In London she is still represented by Storm. Written in 2000
