The beautiful model, who spent a month in the Meadows clinic in Arizona, after being photographed snorting cocaine, is jetting to the hideaway with her close friend Meg Matthews. Kate chose "buddy" Meg - the ex wife of Oasis star Noel Gallagher - under the direction of doctors, according to the Sunday Mirror newspaper. Kate, who has been staying in New York with a fashion designer pal since leaving hospital, is also set to do a photo shoot on the remote island with her two-year-old daughter Lila Grace. The catwalk beauty has also reportedly told troubled rocker Pete Doherty she will only continue their romance if he gives up his drug addiction.
Meanwhile, Doherty has denied rumours he is cheating on Kate - after being photographed looking cosy with a sexy fan. The Babyshambles frontman has allegedly been romancing the stunning art student. The singer is said to have wooed 23-year-old Nuha Razik by serenading her during a bash on his tour bus, according to a report in the News of the World newspaper. The pair were spotted passionately smooching in a London cafe last week.
Kate is set to be quizzed by police - Oct 28, 2020
Kate Moss is set to be quizzed by police over cocaine-snorting allegations. The shamed supermodel this week checked out of the US rehab clinic where she was being treated in the wake of her drug scandal. The 31-year-old is currently at a secret location in America but her lawyers have revealed she will return to the UK to face police at Christmas, according to a report in The Sun newspaper.
Although it is not known where Kate is staying, sources say her three-year-old daughter, Lila Grace, will join her in the next few days. An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "She just wants a bit of time to get her head around being back in the real world."
Meanwhile the catwalk queen - who was dropped from several high profile advertising campaigns after she was pictured snorting cocaine - is said to be looking forward to getting back to work. Her model agency, Storm, told The Sun newspaper: "Kate is in excellent spirits and looking forward to getting back to work."
Kate has turned to poetry - Oct 24, 2020
Kate Moss has reportedly turned to poetry in a bid to beat her drug problems. The disgraced supermodel - who is in a US rehab clinic following her drug abuse scandal - allegedly writes poems then reads them to lover Pete Doherty over the phone. One verse reads: "What matters is what is underneath".
A friend of the catwalk queen told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "She’s found writing her thoughts down in verse very calming. Her friends and family are pleased she has had something to focus on while she recovers." Last week it was revealed the 31-year-old star’s mother had jetted to see her daughter in rehab, after she called for help. Mum Linda flew to the clinic after a telephone call from Kate, who checked into the centre after she was caught on camera snorting cocaine.
A friend revealed: "Linda spoke to Kate every day while she was in New York when the story broke and spoke to her in Arizona as well. "Kate does not really know who her friends are, but she knows she can rely on her mother. When Kate asked her to go out to Arizona, Linda did not hesitate - she booked a flight straight away."

After a series of shoots for teenage magazines, it was Harper’s Bazaar that finally launched her into the international arena. In 1992, she became the Face of Calvin Klein. Moss originally spearheaded the controversial "waif" look which critics claimed encouraged anorexia in impressionable teenagers. The girl from Croydon, who once said she "might’ve been a bank manager" now divides her time between London and LA, where she is often seen at The Viper Rooms, the controversial club owned by her one-time actor boyfriend Johnny Depp.
She has appeared in several notable documentaries about the fashion world and in 1995, released a hard-back book of pictures entitled simply "Kate". Having checked into London’s £300-a-day Priory Clinic in November 1998 suffering from exhaustion, Kate emerged refreshed the following January to announce that she had spent the last decade modelling "drunk". She told The Face magazine, "That’s what you do. You always have champagne before the shows. Always. Even at ten in the morning. It got to the point one time when we were [saying], ’We’re not going out without any champagne’."
Losing the Calvin Klein contract to fellow Brit Lisa Ratliffe in 1999, Kate has now taken on the status of fashion icon. In the May 2000 issue of Vogue, she played muse to a variety of the most cutting edge artists and photographers. In London she is still represented by Storm. Written in 2000
