Removal men have apparently been pictured carting Pete Doherty’s stuff out of Kate Moss’s home.

But has he dumped her - or has she kicked him out?

According to some reports, the model was seething after the rocker was seen with a South African model and had lost patience with his battle to quit drugs - while others suggest the troubled singer has had enough of their rows.

A source told the Daily Mirror: "They had some terrible slanging matches over the weekend, some of the worst of their relationship. Kate is absolutely furious. She hates being made a fool of and gets incredibly jealous. She just won’t stand for infidelity."

According to the paper, Pete, due in rehab on July 16, has even pledged to go into the drug clinic early in an effort to win her back.

Another pal added: "Pete is in pieces. He adores Kate and the lifestyle that goes with being her boyfriend. He has messed her around before but she has always taken him back. But for the first time, it seems Kate really means business."

But The Metro suggests it was the other way round and Pete dumped Kate.

A friend told the paper: "Kate has been crying non-stop for days. She’s trying everything to get him hooked back on her but he has had enough of her keeping him on such a short leash."

Whichever is true, does this mean their rollercoaster relationship is finally over?


’Kate Moss effect’ on festival-goers - June 20 2007
Music festivals are more about designer wardrobes than the acts on stage thanks to the "Kate Moss effect", according to new research out.

The survey, commissioned in the run-up to Glastonbury, found that a quarter of festival-goers spend around £500 on each outdoor music event.

But half of the 3,000 people questioned struggle to remember the bands they have actually seen, and almost a fifth admit they take in less than five hours of music over a festival weekend.

Today’s festival fans prefer instead to socialise, wander around the grounds and soak in the atmosphere.

A third admitted that they shop for a completely new wardrobe, including designer wellies and waterproofs, before heading to a festival.

The phenomenon, which has also seen designer tents spring up on muddy festival grounds, has been dubbed the "Kate Moss effect".

The supermodel, a regular on the outdoor music scene, has honed festival-chic with looks ranging from tiny hotpants and waistcoats to mini-dresses and impractical high-heeled ankle boots.

But fashion isn’t the only reason festival-goers miss seeing the performers.

Almost a fifth said they usually missed a band they had planned to see because they were stuck in a queue for food, drinks or the toilet, while a further 13% revealed it took them too long to traipse across the site to get to the stage to get a decent view.

The survey was commissioned by Freeview Playback, the new digital TV recorder.


Moss unveils her new Topshop range - June 7 2007
Just a month after the launch of Topshop’s first Kate Moss collection, the supermodel has unveiled new designs.

The original dresses, skinny jeans, hotpants, tops and accessories in the range have proved wildly popular since going on sale nationwide on May 1.

Now Moss has added a high summer line of items, including a much-anticipated one-shoulder spotted mini dress.

The cotton dress, which has already been sported by American actress Selma Blair and the daughter of Arcadia boss Sir Philip Green, is available in white, black and lemon, and costs £50.
