Kelly Osbourne might have been famous for years, but it didn't stop her from getting a rather bad attack of first night nerves before her West End debut in Chicago.

The 22-year-old daughter of Ozzy and X Factor judge Sharon apparently revealed that her role as Mamma Morton gave her a serious case of the butterflies and she was even sick, reports the Daily Express.

Kelly is quoted as telling LBC radio: "I've never, ever been more nervous in my life. I threw up in my mouth. I thought 'what am I going to do? There's no bin here'. So I had to actually swallow."

Poor Kel continued: "Through the whole first scene all I could think was, 'I hope Annette [Velma] can't smell my throw-up breath'. I was so scared."

But it seems the curvy star got through it and can now boast having supermodel Kate Moss as one of her fans.

She added: "Kate calls me up and says, 'Sing me your song' so I sing the song down the phone to her. It's so funny. She loves it."

Chicago is on at the Cambridge Theatre until November 3.



Sharon’s ’extreme Botox’ - Sept 18 2007
Kelly Osbourne has reportedly revealed her mum Sharon is a big fan of Botox.

The 22-year-old - who has just taken the role of Mama Morton in Chicago on the West End stage - told Reveal magazine: "My mum sometimes goes way over the top on the Botox.

"My aunties were over for dinner once, and we were sat around the table waiting for Mum. When she came in I had to stuff a napkin in my mouth cos I was going to die laughing. My mum’s face was rigid- like she’d just seen a ghost."

Luckily for her Sir Elton John came to the rescue with the number of a good doctor, according to Kelly, who has also just landed herself a new presenting role on Radio 1.

"Elton had to give her the number of a doctor, who could take it back out again," Kelly reportedly added.

The star also confessed she recently introduced her new boyfriend Jarrod Gorbel to Sharon and dad Ozzy.

"I was so nervous, but within minutes, him and dad were talking about high definition TV, The Beatles... everything," she recalled.


Kelly will always be a little bit fat - Sept 12 2007
Kelly Osbourne has apparently admitted that she will never be stick thin - but she doesn’t care.

The 22-year-old, who is currently starring as Mama Morton in the West End version of Chicago, told Closer magazine: "Look, in the words of Bridget Jones, I will always be a little bit fat and I don’t care.

"When you’re my height a couple of pounds off or on does make a difference. I’ll always have a double chin in a pap shot, no matter how I look."

She is currently lost a lot of weight and puts it down to all the rehearsals she has had for the show.

"The only reason I’ve lost weight is because I’ve been working. My best tip is to get rid of your microwave. It’s the easiest thing to chuck a three-minute meal in. If you don’t have it you’ll pick up something fresh," she explained.

"I don’t ever want to be one of those people on some crap fad diet. It’s not healthy. People of stupid diets are miserable - they’re hungry all the time. I’m happy and I’m fed."
