The break-up comes a month after Stavros threw a surprise 21st birthday party for the ’House of Wax’ star and 100 guests at her plush Hollywood Hills home. One partygoer recalled: "Stavros did back flips into the pool and jumped from one end to the other. Everyone gasped and begged him not to continue because his stunts looked dangerous.
