Paris Hilton collapsed on a pavement after a boozy night out with friends on Monday (09.01.05). The hotel heiress was leaving a bash at a swanky Hollywood club a reportedly a little worse for wear when she tripped and fell.

A source is quoted in the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "Paris was on top form at the start of the night and looked very posh in her blue dress and beads. "But at the end she was out of it so she had to duck out and make her excuses, fast!"

Last month, the blonde socialite was named the world’s worst dog owner - ever. The star - famed for owning a menagerie of pets - topped an online poll conducted by the magazines ’New York Dog’ and ’Hollywood Dog’. She received the unwanted title after losing one pooch, Tinkerbell, and then after being reunited with the pet swapping it for a smaller, sweeter pup. Joint editor Leslie Padgett said at the time: "Our readers felt Ms Hilton’s dog-parenting skills left a lot to be desired. "First she loses Tinkerbell, then she ditches her dog for a cuter dog, then replaces that dog with a ferret, then a Kinkajou monkey, and then, I gather, a goat."

Paris Hilton has reportedly been banned from a swanky nightclub for badmouthing her former best friend, Nicole Richie. The blonde heiress was told to leave top Los Angeles nightspot LAX after spending the evening gossiping about Nicole - who dated the DJ at the club - with her sister Nicky, according to insiders.
A source told America’s In Touch Weekly magazine: "No one will admit it but Paris is now banned from LAX."

Earlier this month Paris reportedly extended an olive branch to Nicole - by announcing on stage at a star-studded Christmas party she wanted to be pals again after their year-long feud. The stunning blonde says she sympathises with Nicole following her split from fianc? Adam Goldstein - and wants to patch up their troubled relationship. Paris - who recently split from fianc? Paris Latsis - reportedly said: "I’m really sorry to hear about Nic’s engagement. I went through the same thing. "With Christmas coming up, I realise I really miss her and want to get in touch again."

The friends mysteriously fell out in January, with hotel heiress Paris later declaring: "It’s no big secret that Nicole and I are no longer friends. I will not go into the details of what happened. All I will say is that Nicole knows what she did and that’s all I am ever going to say about it." It was rumoured Richie, daughter of soul star Lionel Richie, had infuriated her pal by showing her infamous sex tape, ’One Night In Paris’, to friends at a party.

Paris Hilton has been accused of wearing her dead pets - after being named the worst-dressed celebrity by PETA. The blonde socialite, who is renowned for her menagerie of pets as well as her penchant for fur, topped the annual poll by the animal-rights activists. A PETA spokesperson quipped: "Now we know what happens to all of Paris Hilton’s cast-off pets." In second place came Paris’ best friend Kimberly Stewart - the daughter of rocker Rod Stewart.

The spokesperson added: "What does Kimberly Stewart have in common with the remains of the animals killed for her furs? They’re both spoiled rotten." Tara Reid came in fifth with PETA posting a photo of the blonde star wearing what they describe as something that resembles actress Lindsay Lohan’s dog.
