Sadie to hit the decks - May 9 2007
Sadie Frost will be wowing London clubbers with her DJ skills for one night only, it’s been announced.

The fashionista, who was once married to actor Jude Law, will be taking to the decks on May 18 at Circus - held at Soho Revue Bar.

The mum-of-four will be joined by E4 presenter and Knights Of Sound DJ Nick Grimshaw.

Sadie, 41, is well known for her love of music and nights out on the tiles, and her exes are said to include Flamenco playing guitarist Jackson Scott and Popworld presenter Alex Zane. She is also a regular at Glastonbury festival.

Other stars who have played on the night include Amy Winehouse, Peaches Geldof, Gail Porter, Miquita Oliver and Kelly Osbourne.

Promoter Jodie Harsh said: "Circus has gone from strength to strength. So many famous faces have dropped by to either party of try their hand at DJing."

Sober Sadie shows off acrobatic new look - Nov 28 2006
Sadie Frost’s shaped up to get a fabulous new look - achieved thanks to ending her party-loving ways and taking up circus acrobatics.

The 41-year-old, who studies acrobatics for her own "personal growth", adds: "It gives you a freedom like nothing else, you feel confident and elegant. You take risks, and the physical gain is huge."

The mother-of-four tells Red magazine that the decision to give up alcohol was not difficult.

"I had lots of things that I wanted to do, and the only way I could do everything was to get rid of something, and I thought that should be drinking.

"Being sober has actually been easy for me. It never bothers me if I’m around people who are drinking."

The fashion designer, recently linked with 27-year-old T4 presenter Alex Zane, adds: "While I’d like to make someone poached eggs on toast in the morning and have someone stroking my head at night, I am happy with my life the way it is".

Sadie reveals that she began to change the way she thought about her life after visiting an Aids housing project in South Africa.

"It was the beginning of a new way of thinking for me. I analysed a lot of my own life and began to appreciate it more than ever. I never expected to enjoy it so much."

She adds: "In the past, I think I trusted people a little too easily, but, now, I’m more questioning. I can’t go dishing out trust willy-nilly."

Sadie burgled while children slept - Oct 28 2006
Sadie Frost was burgled in the early hours of Thursday morning while she and her children were sleeping in her house, her ex-husband Jude Law revealed.

Coincidentally, the incident took place as 33-year-old Jude prepared to publicise his new film, which centres around a spate of London burglaries.

Thieves are thought to have entered Sadie’s house in Primrose Hill between midnight and 8am on Thursday.

They made off with the fashion designer’s Range Rover which was parked outside after finding keys for the vehicle in the house.
