Fashion designer and actress Sadie Frost has referred herself to a sleep specialist who, she hopes, will help her to cope with her hectic and stressful day to day life. Recent problems with her relationships - both with ex husband Jude Law and current beau Jackson Scott - illnesses (Sadie was hospitalised with severe stomach cramps after reacting badly to antibiotics) and depression, as well as constant negative press attention have led Sadie to seek help from one of the country’s top specialists. A friend told press "with so much racing through her head it’s no wonder Sadie found it a bit difficult to just switch off."

Sadie Frost and Jude Law split because they loved each other too much. It doesn’t seem to us to be the best reason to split with your husband and the father of your children but according to Sadie Frost she and Jude split because they just had too much love for each other. Jackson Scott and Sienna Miller can’t be too comfortable knowing that Sadie and Jude called time on their marriage because "ours is a deep connection - intense, passionate, amazing - but in some ways the love was too strong. When you love someone so much that you are in pain when you are apart it ends up being destructive." Thankfully though Sadie says "I never want to be in that place again."

The actress/designer and her boyfriend, Spanish guitarist Jackson Scott, could be on their way to splitsville according to those in the know. Reports of Sadie’s wife swapping sessions with ex husband Jude Law have led to almighty rows in the Frost/Scott household with friends telling the newspapers that Jackson is shocked and stunned by the revelations, "he’s finding it difficult to deal with," explained a source close to the couple.

Sadie Frost has banned Pete Doherty from group holiday. Sensible Sadie (we never thought we’d be saying that!) is as determined as ever that best friend Kate Moss see the light when it comes to new love Pete Doherty, even banning her from bringing her new beau on holiday with them. The duo take a joint holiday every year and Sadie is determined that Kate head out to this year’s exotic destination without Pete, telling her that she has a responsibility to her own daughter Lila Grace and to Sadie’s Iris - to whom Kate is Godmother - to keep drug addict Pete away from them.

Sadie Frost has answered her critics in newspaper interview. She’s faced numerous accusations of being hard partying, a bad mother and a talent vacuum but Sadie Frost has challenged these perceptions in an interview with a broadsheet newspaper. Inviting a reporter in to her home, she insisted that she very rarely drinks and is inevitably tucked up in bed by midnight. "I’m the kind of person who’ll have a few drinks and fall asleep at eleven," she explained, also waving aside reports of extrovert behaviour as stage school syndrome.
