"The child had been attending a children’s party on Saturday where she was believed to have picked up a tablet that had been left on the floor of the premises "It is believed that the child’s mother discovered the two-year-old with an obstruction in her mouth. She managed to retrieve one half before it could be ingested.

"An ambulance took the child to the hospital where she was kept in for observation overnight. She was released on Sunday morning. The tablet has been confirmed as ecstasy," he said.

Surprise birth for Sadie and Jude - 12/09/02
Sadie Frost has given birth five weeks earlier than expected to a baby boy named Rudy weighing 5lb 5oz. Sadie was with Kate Moss when she suddenly went into labour.

Jude in the meantime was filming in America; however, when the call was made he took the first flight home and was there in time for the birth. A spokesperson for the couple said that both mother and baby are ’healthy and well’.

Another move for Sadie and Jude - 11/09/02
Jude Law and Sadie Frost are to move house yet again, even though it wasn’t that long ago that they moved into their family home in Primrose Hill.

The cause of the move is their lack of privacy, they are apparently so sick of being photographed with their children on a daily basis they have decided a new house with a bigger garden and higher walls should do the trick. I don’t think so.

They will not however be moving out of the area though.

Sadie right on schedule - 13/08/02
FrostFrench, the Sadie Frost and Jemima French -backed label that had Kate Moss stripping off last season, has been invited to show on-schedule this season as no on-schedule designer was brave enough to show at the same time.

"We were going to go off-schedule again as it just suits Sadie and Jemima more," says a spokeswoman for the ever-trendy label. "Particularly as Jemima just had a little girl, Meadow, two weeks ago and Sadie is due to give birth to her fourth baby during London Fashion Week. But then the BFC called us and explained that no other designer wanted to show at the same time as us so we were delighted to go on-schedule. It’s great for us."

This season’s show will be held in the outdoor theatre of Regent’s Park and, as yet, any supermodel presence is unconfirmed. "We’re having a pre-show picnic and the British Tea Council have made a FrostFrench blend of tea especially for it," she adds.

They will now be on the official London Fashion Week website and timetable, gaining them even more press if that’s at all possible!!.

Biography

Born in London on 19 June 2020 as Sadie Liza Vaughn, Sadie Frost attended Italia Conti Theatre School from the age of 11. She started her career at Manchester’s Royal Exchange Theatre where she appeared in Mumbo Jumbo at the age of 19.

She married Spandau Ballet’s Gary Kemp in 1988, with whom she appeared in gangster biopic The Krays and they had a son together, Finlay. It was around this time that Frost began to be noticed, thanks to appearances in Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Shopping. It was on the set of 1994’s Shopping that she met Jude Law.

The pair married in 1997, just weeks after Sadie was divorced from her previous husband. Jude, Sadie, Ewan McGregor, Sean Pertwee and Jonny Lee Miller set up their own production company, Natural Nylon and, while Sadie’s acting career floundered Jude became one of Britain’s hottest stars.

Sadie gave birth to three children by Jude; Rafferty, Iris and Rudy, but their marriage was set to fail. Following a drugs scandal (toddler Iris swallowed a pill during a ’children’s’ party at Soho House), a bout of depression and several highly publicised arguments the couple split.

By this time Sadie was infamous as part of the trendy Primrose Hill set, including her best friend, supermodel Kate Moss. As such Sadie and co epitomised the Cool Britannia years, even appearing in the video for Pulp’s anthemic single Common People.

Even now Sadie is never out of the tabloid spotlight. Her marriage to Jude, though over now for a year still hits the headlines regularly while her new love, flamenco guitarist Jackson Scott is getting a taste of the tabloid life. With her acting career all but abandoned Sadie now concentrates on her designer label, FrostFrench which she runs with good friend Jemima French.

She has also recently turned her hand to presenting - her ill fated C4 show What Sadie Did Next was cancelled soon after it started - and producing - she was credited on Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow which starred her ex, Jude Law. It’s been a bumpy ride for Sadie Frost over the last few years but with FrostFrench becoming a fashion force to be reckoned with and her relationship with Jackson looking more stable (even after those wife swapping revelations) things are finally looking up.
