Cheryl and Nicola are said to have shared a cubicle, presumably because they were having a good old chat, and Cheryl apparently came out with ’a stagger’. This is where the argument between Cheryl and Sophie began, and the club’s manager, who had been waiting outside the toilets, went in to see what was happening, and witnessed ’the defendent punching the lavatory attendant with a clenched fist’ and racially insulted her. Cheryl meanwhile denies all by saying at the time ’I have always maintained that I am entirely innocent of the accusations that have been made and I am determined to fight to prove my innocence’.

How much?! - 05/08/03
Go on - have a guess how much home grown pop star Cheryl Tweedy gets paid a month.

Ok, a few clues. She could go on a ’mad’ spending spree in Top Shop and buy 24 pleated halter necks, or five pairs of Cuban heel electric blue slouch boots from Office and get £25 change. She could rent a luxury three bed townhouse in Merchants Wharf, or possibly spend 13 nights in the Seychelles with £500 pocket money. Have you guessed yet?

Well, she apparently earns £80 a day being in the girl band Girls Aloud, which is £400 a week, £1,600 a month and about £19,300 a year. Which actually isn’t that much come to think about it, for a chart topping girl band. Someone out there must be making the money.

How much do you think she deserves?
