Affordable housing of good quality
is scarce in Kensington and Chelsea, and central London generally.
However, there are a number of different options available to Kensington
and Chelsea residents. Housing law and provision can seem daunting,
so it is important to get expert advice as soon as possible if you
are in danger of becoming homeless.

The Council provides free and impartial advice and assistance to
landlords and tenants in the private rented sector. It can investigate
allegations of harassment and illegal eviction, and will prosecute
landlords in appropriate cases.
Accessible Housing
If you are applying for housing and have a mobility problem
or any special needs, these will be registered on the council's
Common Housing Register to ensure the most suitable housing is allocated
to you.

Housing Advice Agencies
