Singapore food festival

A taste of Singapore has come to Kensington at the Royal Garden
Hotel in the form of the Singapore food festival, 30- Sept-
9 Oct.
The festival at the hotel's Park Terrace restaurant will host
a colourful and delicious mix of authentic Singaporean foods
from of the country's leading chefs.
The restaurant will be transformed into a Singaporean eatery
complete with décor and music similar to the country's famous
'Hawker Stall' food markets. There will be buffet-style lunches
and dinners that guests can enjoy in true Singapore spirit.
To bring authenticity to dishes such as Hainanese Chicken Rice,
Nonya Laksa (noodles in curry sauce) and Black Pepper Crab,
many of the ingredients will be imported direct from Singapore.

Singapore, and offer the most authentic cuisine within the luxury
